My building is almost full. They all seem to happy and anxious for the year. We had over 60 people at our first program last night, which is amazing for us. Somehow, our desk staff seems to have ignored all the training we have given them, because they are forgetting everything already and was woken at 4am to solve a problem that I didn't need to be woken for. But this is the norm, I have begun to embrace this and just deal. It is nice to be working with an RA staff I picked myself. They are eager and scared shitless at the same time. But they will be great.

I have gone back to my CNN early mornings with coffee. Took a break for awhile. It is crazy how those simple small things can bring so much back into your heart.

I am feeling fulfilled professionally, but slightly melancholy internally.

I just want to love.
