Little Black dress

I don't know how Karl Lagerfeld does it. He and his team of designers can make every single look that comes down a runway reminiscent of Coco Chanel in her little black dress, suit, long beads, tweed, and her simplicty with black/white. I didn't notice it as much before, until I was watching some of his Spring 2009 Ready-to-Wear online. I wish he would take his sunglasses off every now and then, but he is a genius nonetheless. Ugh how I would love to take in one of his shows in Paris....
